Afternoon Keynote - Scott Monty: The Broken Promise of Digital: Putting the Customer Back in Focus

When digital and social rose to prominence, we were told that personalization, two-way communication and direct engagement would unlock a deeper relationship with customers. But somewhere along the way, we fell into the trap of taking the already broken advertising and marketing model and applying it to these new platforms. The power to reclaim this opportunity lies directly in front of us. In this talk, Scott will show the pitfalls of getting lured into the same-old, same-old, and will give you ideas of how to execute on a customer-centric strategy.
